By looking at census data on ancestry.com Kearan and Catherine livedat 153 Pearl St, Cambridge, MA in 1880. The attached photos were takenon 10/7/10. It appears as though 153 is the basement of the home onthe corner of Lawerance and Pearl with a different address onLawerence St. See photo 153.3 for details on the home.
According to the 1900 census Kearan and Catherine lived at 11 HarvardSt, Cambridge, MA. We (Karen Jarldane and I) tried locating 11 Harvardon 10/7/10, but were unable to do so. Harvard St. ends in the low100s. Harvard dead ends at a parking structure and high rise officebuildings, so 11 Harvard has presumably been torn down since 1900.
1870 Census shows Kearan living at home with parents and 6 siblingsand a family friend.

Kearan died February 1910. By the time of the 1910 census, Catherineand her daughter Grace had moved into what appears to be an apartmentbuilding or 4 plex building at 26 E Shepard St., Cambridge, MA.Itappears as though this was temporary living for Grace and Catherine asby the 1920 census they had moved into a home at 73 Orchard,Cambridge, MA. Catherine died in this home on 1/19/1926. Whether shedied at home or in a hospital is unknown, but this is the addresslisted on her death certificate. The Orchard address looked to besubdivided into at least 2 homes. The front was listed as 73 Orchard, but there were 2 mail boxes by the front door and 2 separate entrancesat the back of the home.
