Note daughter, Rose's death certificate states that Mother's name was"Sarah Elkins" and that Sarah was born in Elkins, VA. Note informanton death certificate listed at W.R. Young. Further, Rose's husband'smother is a Sarah so there could be some confusion.
Obtain death certificate for Rebecca J. Naylor from Missouri StateBoard of Health confirming date of death as 7/15/1913. Note thatdeath certificate shows date of death as 7/15/1913, not the 7/16/1913found on the LDS church file. It seems as though the date wasconfused with Her husband's date of death.
